Top 5 Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps on iOS in Argentina Q4 2022

In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top five carpooling and ridesharing apps on the iOS platform in Argentina showed varied performances in terms of downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared according to Sensor Tower data.

Uber - Request a ride experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 7.3K in early December and maintaining a high of 7K by the end of the quarter. Active users also showed a positive trend, growing from approximately 246K at the end of September to a high of around 279K in mid-December before slightly dropping to 250K by the end of the period.

Cabify saw its weekly downloads peak at about 6.6K in late October, with a subsequent high of approximately 6.5K in mid-December. Active users increased from around 52K at the end of September to a peak of approximately 62K in mid-December, before ending the quarter at 51K.

DiDi Rider: Affordable rides showed consistent growth in downloads, reaching a peak of approximately 5.4K in mid-December. Active users fluctuated slightly but remained relatively stable, starting at around 41K at the end of September and ending at approximately 37K by the end of December.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver had a steady rise in weekly downloads, peaking at around 3.3K in mid-December. Active users showed a consistent upward trend, growing from about 9.4K at the end of September to approximately 16.6K by the end of December.

inDrive. Save on city rides experienced a gradual increase in downloads, with a peak of about 1.8K at the end of October. Active users grew from around 5K at the end of September to a peak of approximately 8.2K in mid-December, before ending the quarter at 7.9K.
